**Q: Is there a stand for the rear speakers?**
A: No desk top only but they do have slots for wall mount screws

**Q: Are the rear speakers wireless?**
A: They use a control module that wirelessly communicates with the main module. The rear speakers are wired to the control module. So, yes and no.

**Q: Does this have hdmi arc**
A: Yes, after you connect the hmdi cable from the soundbar to the TV, the arc becomes available.

**Q: instructions installation ?**
A: Yes it did have a manual that came with it.  I purchased a certified rebuilt unit and it seems to be workin great now.  I had one "my bad" issue with the Bluetooth rear surround speakers where i shoved the speaker wire too far into the connector and didnt realize i wasnt making contact with the wire but the insulation around the wire.
