Review: Good, not great, the Pad 7 is far from plug and play. Before you even turn it on, you need to load the latest Klipper instance into the cb1 from the BTT GitHub. Even loading and then updating will not get the version current as it’s a completely different build. The biggest issue I have is that it doesn’t stay connected to wifi. This is apparently a known issue and has yet to be addressed in any way. Support keeps asking if I have a spare SBC card to test (don’t have a bunch of spares laying about) really disappointed the fundamental internet connectivity is worse than my 10 year old Pi3b. The interface and Klipper screen is great though you need to load all macros yourself as the cb1 image doesn’t come with anything (that works) if you own a Creality machine I highly recommend a sonic pad! My plans to setup multiple instances including controlling my Voron has been put on hold until I can get th ability to control constantly. I’m currently looking for a stand alone solution for my Headless V0.2
Review: 1 compulsory star given because mine didn't even power on so I can't fairly give a review either way Checked multiple outlets, the power supply was in good working order. Swapped out the TF card with new formatted card and still would not power on. So I returned it and will be purchasing another hoping this doesn't occur a second time FOLLOW UP EDIT: I did end up ordering another one and the second Pad 7 works perfectly. Configured and working just fine. Very happy

## Features

- 【Upgrade Printing Speed and Quality】PAD 7 upgrade and pre installed Klipper firmware, using Klipper's input shaper and BTT ADXL345 module, can effectively improve printing speed while ensuring printing quality, printing speed can be increased by 2 to 5x compared to Marlin firmware; You can improve the printing quality and speed to new heights and achieve the best model quality possible.
- 【Supports Open Source】Based on the DIY innovation needs of makers, PAD 7 allows users to freely change the PAD firmware system and other Klipper firmware, and can easily replace the PAD firmware system through SD card or USB. Meet the customized needs of users for Klipper.
- 【Wide Application Range】If you use CoreXY 3D printers such as VORON 2.4 or VZ Bot, you can pair them with the PAD 7 + BTT Octopus series control board; If you use i3 3D printers such as Ender-3/BIQU B1 SE Plus, you can pair them with the PAD 7 + BTT SKR series control board; If you use Raspberry Pi Ecology, you can remove the CB1 core board and replace it with CM4 to use Raspberry Pi OS, which can achieve video watching and internet access (Can externally connect keyboard and mouse).
- 【Rich Connectivity】PAD 7 reserves rich expansion interfaces to make it suitable for a variety of projects and applications. USB2.0*3; USB-C*1: Dial switch selects UART/OTG mode, supports 5V3A power supply; Audio Out*1: 3.5mm; TF card slot*1: 32GB; CANbus*1: MCP2515 SPI to CAN; RJ45*1: CB1 supports 100Mbps, CM4 supports 1000Mbps; SPI*1: Connected to ADXL345; ❗Note: It is not possible to use CAN interface and ADXL345 accelerometer SPI interface simultaneously due to MCP2515 SPI to CAN conversion.
- 【Attack Amplifier】Two sided speakers with adjustable volume buttons (physical adjustment keys need to be supported by the corresponding operating system to be used, currently available in the Klipper mode of CB1, and the desktop system in CM4 mode is pending). It can provide a stereo amplifier for Pad7 when replacing CM4 with a Linux desktop system, and a 3.5mm interface can be connected to headphones to achieve a multimedia experience on a desktop computer.
