A: Great question - this version the IXO 5 NO VARIABLE SPEED.... you need the newer listing for the Bosch 06039C7170 Cordless Screwdriver IXO (6th Generation, green, variable SPEED CONTROL, - to get the variable speed - so you don't chew up your screws etc

**Q: goes the stand alone come with a uk charging plug?**
A: I bought the boxed version, and that did come with a UK plug on the charger.  Great tool by the way.  I always swore I'd never buy a battery screwdriver, but this is really powerful.

**Q: What is the version number of this? is it the ixo four or the ixo  five**
A: Not sure if the questions are generic to all products, but the above answer is wrong. This product is version 5 with micro-USB

**Q: Can the drill be used to unscrew anticlockwise?**
A: Yes, by moving the switch at the top of the handle to the anticlockwise setting.

This is a fantastic item. It has made any sort of DIY/flatpack assembly so much quicker and easier. It has enough torque to move stubborn screws without ripping the thing out of your hands. It's a great size, not too big and not too small. The angled attachment means even awkward screws are inserted or removed with ease. It charges quick and has a decent battery life. It weighs very little making it easy to use. Before this i had only ever used a manual screwdriver so this has been an absolute game changer for me.
