Tiny instructions on the lid that is hard to make out. Connect the side with 2 red wires (input) to 220v - it doesn't matter which way around they go. Note there will be a slight spark when connecting but ideally ensure power is off unless you know what you are doing. Also make sure the output is not shorting/touching each other or anything else for that matter. Then on the other side which is the red and black wire (output) you will get your stable regulated 5.00v supply. Works perfectly for now. Lets hope it lasts! It transforms mains power to 5V at a low current, equivalent to a USB power supply. So far, it's worked fine for several use.
