If anything looks stuck after a good sear, I just soak in hot water for a few minutes and it all comes right off. I love these so much, that I bought an entire set & packed up my Revere Ware (copper bottoms) that I have used for 50+ years. The pan gets HOT but the handle stay cool. I bought a starter set for my 2 nieces and my sister-in-law. They love them too!
