These blow up neck pillow has been so useful. I inflate it to the size I need to put behind my lower back for support when sitting in chairs, taxi, plane or public transport. I deflate it and carry it in my large coat pocket or bag. It has spared me much pain as it supports a spinal issue I’ve developed.
