The product comes in a neat boxs in its own traveling case. The headphones are well known and feel so light and comfortable on your head. Easy to pair to your phone and once done, eveytime you turn it on its pairs instantly! Great bit of tech with no major issues. The one issue I had was that if you paired it to a pc and then you want to connect it to your phone you have to disable the pc Bluetooth and then redo the pairing process for the phone. Besides from that small issue which isn't a big deal, theses are great!Finally, sound quality isn't as good as £300+ headphones however it's not far behind and for only £60 this is a really good deal. A must buy! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Faulty pair, not impressed - returned and refunded *by S***H on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 January 2019* PositivesI liked how the headphones looked.They came in a nice hard travel case with appropriate cables.The sound quality was good enough for me, not perfect, not rubbish.My devices paired with the headphones quicklyGreat battery lifeNegativesThe ANC switch was faulty. Even if the switch was lightly pressed it could stop the sound in the left earphone - not good at all! This renders the ANC function useless as I did not want to permanently damage my headphones.The headphones connected quickly to the last device that they were connected with, but not other devices that had been paired with them in the past. For example, I had the headphones paired with my laptop and my iPhone. If they were last connected to the iPhone then they would not automatically connect to the laptop (I would have to do this manually). To make it clear, I made sure that Bluetooth was off on that device so that no interference happened. This was not ideal for me as it added a pointless step that I did not have to do with my last pair.I returned these pair and received a refund. It's a gamble buying online because you obviously don't know what the quality is like until you're in receipt of them. I spotted these and they looked like a bargain. Good reviews, etc.I wanted noise-cancelling for the office, as it's a very noisy environment. These definitely didn't disappoint! I played some opera music at low volume level (with noise cancel activated) and got on with my work. After ten mins, it struck me that the place was very quiet and wondered why nobody was talking or typing, then took them off and realised just how effective they were. You can still hear people who have deep or loud voices but drowns out 75% of everyday noise and it''s been a lifesaver for me.Sound quality-wise, also outstanding. I picked up on little bits of songs that I'd never noticed before, bass tones are rich and the headphones can be extremely loud also. The battery generally lasts a few days, which is positive. They're comfortable to wear and not at all heavy, though have a premium 'feel' to them.Only small thing is that I imagine (and haven't tested this yet) is that the microphone for making calls is probably quite ineffective because there's no directional mic (no protruding flexible mouthpiece and built into the earpiece instead). I could be completely wrong though as haven't ever tried this, just imagine it will probably pick up background noise for the person on the other end. If you're thinking about it, just go for it.
