Review: Defective product - I like this moisturiser but the one I received had a loose lid (even though packaging was in tact), which meant that the moisturiser had gone all grainy / had gone off. There is obviously something wrong in the manufacturing process and I’d like a replacement.

I like this moisturiser but the one I received had a loose lid (even though packaging was in tact), which meant that the moisturiser had gone all grainy / had gone off. There is obviously something wrong in the manufacturing process and I’d like a replacement.
