Best cat diapers
These are the best cat diapers I found. Very comfortable for an aging kitty, adjustable, Velcro like tabs you can reattach after you check. Soft and very absorbent- they don’t leak. Worth every penny!

Great absorbency and little to no leakage.
Puuurfect fit for my small 6 pound, 20 year old boy. He had some leakage from "another" brand we used and since we switched to these, he has little to no leakage. Great absorbency and they stay on nice and snug.

Cute design, fits well but could use improvements
Worked nicely on my 18 year old cat with occasional bladder issues when she deep sleeps. My cat handles it well and is used to wearing diapers at this point, can use the litter box normally but she just needs some protection when she sleeps throughout the day. I do have to stretch out the tail hole since it’s quite small. I feel like these diapers would benefit with a wetness indicator so you know when to change.

Comfort/fit and Pricing
I bought these for my 20yo cat who suffered a stroke and is currently in recovery…. I honestly feel like these are a little bit too expensive for what you get. 1)these aren’t the best at absorbing. My cat will barely pee and the diapers either leak like crazy or it will SLOWLY get absorbed into the diaper. 2) yeah there’s the little hole for the tail, but I always have to make sure I go in and stretch it out a bit before putting it on otherwise it will just be plain uncomfortable for my cat and I fear may potentially cut off circulation to her tail. 3) doubling up on comfort. In order to reduce leaking you have to put it on a certain way, however that means it’s a little tight and look so uncomfortable on my cats legs. Like imagine wearing tight underwear and you just feel it digging in to your thighs..Don’t get me wrong, these are cute and might work for you, however it didn’t work for my old lady. What I ended up substituting it with are actual baby diapers that I have on hand. My cats about 18in round and she fits in size 4 diapers. After trying one out. I had cut a hole around the same spot as these diapers and i stretched it the same way and also shook it a bit to get the lil fluff and absorbent crystals out of the way a bit. I then put it on how I would this one and it not only fit my cat WAY more comfortably, but it also is faster at absorbing pee and it turns blue so I know it’s time to change diaper. I hasn’t leaked AND I’m not having to soak my cat to get any stuck on pee or poop out of her fur. Not to forget, it’s also so much cheaper to buy a pack of baby diapers compared to to these ones.If this brand works for you, go for it. But it didn’t work for me or my cat

Excellent product!
Absolutely excellent fit and absorbency. We had no leakage from these unlike the others.

Short on the torso, makes it difficult to move
Update: the diapers are very snug around her legs making it difficult to move. She is still young and has mild CH, so she still loves to get around. But the diapers are too restricting for her. Maybe for elderly cats that aren't very active these would be great. But I am not having luck with my 1 y.o. cat.My kitten has CH and has a difficult time litterbox training as a result. Therefore, she wears a diaper when she is exploring the house. The diaper sits too low on her back. The waist fits fine, and is slight big. The tail portion is too snug and is not easy to get through the opening that was created. With the tail portion and top of the diaper being too short, it makes it difficult for her to walk around without it hanging off. If I get a larger diaper it will be too large for her waist. I was using the Hartz brand, but they stopped carrying them on here and I'm having a difficult time finding them.

Watch the tail.
I had to widen the tail aperture for my 18 year old cat who is wearing a small.

Like the other color version of these better.
This particular one we got in the green had a very thick plastic material circle around the tail hole with a crisscross cut in it that made it difficult to put on and no doubt was uncomfortable for Kitty. The orange version that we have been buying since has just the tail hole, no plastic circle. That tailhole might be a little bit on the big side and allow something to leak but it's still better than the thick plastic on these green ones. These are great diapers for our cat that cannot be neutered and who does like to spray from time to time so just pay attention to whether or not what you are buying has the plastic material around the cat hole which you can see as a circle in the picture, and avoid that particular "model". It seemed before that that was the difference between the green and the orange and we have only been buying orange. I've noticed the pictures show the green without the plastic circle now so we may try the green again just to switch up the colors for variety. :-)
