They are very good quality and look amazing displaying our family pictures. It was important to me to have a matching set. Absolutely awesome but....now I'm stuck with an additional 4 that I'll have to return bc Amazon won't allow me to cancel the return now. Just agitating when it doesn't need to be but I'm increasing my star rating bc the company decided to replace what arrived broken. So now dealing with the company was good, dealing with Amazon has become the issue.1st off, these are nice poster frames. 3 of the 4 were perfect but the last came with a cracked plexi glass. They were actually packaged pretty good and i expected at least 1 to be cracked, things happen. Sure enough, 1 was cracked and i wasn't even angry about it, figured it'd be a easy fix. I contacted the company to see if they would send me a new plexi sheet ad I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning and was instructed to go though Amazon for a replacement. Well...I started that process but now it's going to be a cluster. A whole new package of 4 is being sent....I only needed 1 and now I'm going to have to return all 4 (already put the posters in) or be charged for another 4.....what a pain, should have just gone to wallmart.I'll give the company support 1 more shot and I'll try contacting Amazon support again tomorrow but my anxiety is already getting high already....it shouldn't be this hard.
