I made the jam and pored it into the sterilised 7 jars that remained. A great use of the cherries and some really nice jam and jelly to have on toast or in some meat recipes. Oh, and that broken jar - the wonderful people in customer services refunded me the cost of the jar. Extremely helpful and understanding.
