Instructions New single users: 1.Pour single into a clean litter box,using half as much as you would with a clay based litter.Top off the single with the litter you are using now,mixing as you add. 2.Give your cat time to get used to the crystal texture. 3.Once your cat is used to crystal texture,(about one week),empty the litter box completely into the trash and refill with Single. 1.Pour one inch of single into a clean litter box. 2.Remove solid waste frequently with a slotted spoon.Dispose of waste in trash only and do not flush. 3.While a single litter box filled with Single can handle multi cats,I recommend if you have more than one cat,you should have more than one litter box.It is healthier for your cats and helps prevent non use. 4.If crystals become discolored before 60 days,it is OK. I won’t buy this again. I thought it was a normal 8 lb bag for the price. Turns out it is only 4 lbs. it’s not enough to be useful in my litter box.
