Its my go to pan cuts down on washing up and food actually tastes better. The only thing I would say is make sure that you season it before using the first time and wipe with cooking oil and wipe off after every use. You need silicon utensils you can't use metal due to the coating. Been using for months still great only other thing to remember the handles get hot. I have used it under grill in top oven straight from the hob also in the main oven.
