I highly recommend this so versatile that I am actually getting rid of some of my pans. I've used it to make a lasagne, meatballs and spaghetti ( obviously added cooked spaghetti afterwards and served from it) paella, panhaggerty, pasta bake, liver & sausage and roast pork with roast potatoes. Its my go to pan cuts down on washing up and food actually tastes better. The only thing I would say is make sure that you season it before using the first time and wipe with cooking oil and wipe off after every use. You need silicon utensils you can't use metal due to the coating. Been using for months still great only other thing to remember the handles get hot. I have used it under grill in top oven straight from the hob also in the main oven. We made ragu with 900g of mince and there was ample space in the dish for that and all the veg. It heats quickly and evenly, and cleaning was so quick and easy, no need to soak. I was so impressed, I ordered one for myself, since then I've made a vegetable dish using a kilo of veg, again, ample room. Tonight I made sausage casserole with 12 sausages and 500ml of stock, no spillage when stirring. I cannot recommend this dish enough. It is lightweight, I can lift it with one hand to tip ragu out. Of course the handles get hot, it is CAST, the clue is in the name. The handles aren't added on, the whole thing is cast as one piece so of course they'll get hot, that's what enables it to go from hob to oven and heat evenly. If you're not used to cast you will definitely forget and touch the handles like I did, but you'll only do it once! A tea towel or oven glove is enough to handle it but you can get the silicone mitts too.
