Holy crap! Workouts during Ketosis?!
For a long time, I went back and forth between intermittent fasting and not intermittent fasting for one main reason- I love working out. While IF was great for burning fat, my morning and mid day workouts suffered when I tried to work out in a fasted state. It wasn't just a feeling about it, my Peloton scores were pretty clear that working out in a fasted state meant 20-30% less energy and output. 50 year old #pelestrong dads were destroying me on the leaderboard. So I gave up IF for a while. I'd rather keep the fat and the better workouts. Then somebody told me about ketones. Apparently- if you have enough money- you can BUY energy that keeps you still in ketosis, so you can maintain energy while burning fat. This all seemed too good to be true.Someone recommended I try Kenetik if I was going to try anything. I bought both the premade drink and the concentrate. It was expensive. I was hoping I would not like it.Unfortunately, it works. A lot. I feel so much more energy during my morning fasted state. My Peloton scores are the same as if I ate breakfast before working out. And from all indications I'm still burning a combination of fat + consumed ketones during the fasted state. This stuff is not cheap, but if you can afford it, it feels a bit like a magic bullet and cheating by being able to feel more energy during a fasted state. I'll be back for more. Mostly because my wife has now figured out the secret too (pictured).

The taste is a show stopper.... in a really bad way.
wow, effective, but that taste. It is ROUGH to handle. Ketone IQ peach tastes way better!

Amazing product
Great product, no artificial ingredients, no sugars. Weather you buy the cans or the concentrate you will be happy at the end. The benefits it provides your body will thank you for it.

Solid. Suprised me.
First of all, this tasted better than I expected. I don't like to have coffee in the afternoons and was looking for a healthier energy drink. Kenetik hit the spot. I was able to focus and grind through the rest of my work day. Getting through my task list felt easier after drinking Kenetik. I would recommend Kenetik to anyone who is looking to avoid caffeine/sugary drinks and needs a little mental boost.

blah
I ordered 12 cans and received 3 "bottles" of concentrate, yes it equals 12 cans, but not what I ordered. Flavor is blah. The concentrate seems to mess with sleeping where I did not have problems with the cans

Delicious, clean energy that is easy on the tummy!
Generally I don’t write reviews for products, but this Kenetic ketone concentrate deserves a shoutout! Actually tastes great, with a pleasing sour zing that blends smoothly in a simple soda water - no chalkiness or burn like ketone salts or esters. Readily supplies a steady boost to energy, both cognitively and physically, without any crash. Recently I picked up fasting again, and these bad boys work wonders to take the edge off both the hunger and the grumpiness!Exogenous ketones can sometimes be unforgiving in the digestive department, but not so with Kenetik. The combination of pure BHB with 1,3 butanediol and *without* any ketone salts makes for a smooth experience. Thanks again for an exogenous ketone product that tastes great, supplies quick and long-lasting energy, and is easy on my tummy.

No results for me.
I tried this twice: the first time with 1 ounce mixed with 11 ounces of water, per the label. I drank this over the course of one hour exercise. I felt nothing. The second time, I tried 2 ounces mixed with 11 ounces of water and drank it all 30 minutes pre-workout. Still, I did not experience the energy or mental clarity others report. I did feel some stomach aches, but no performance difference at all. I am 6 weeks on a keto diet and have lost 17 pounds. I was looking for a way to compete without having to resort to carbs for race fueling. Unless there is a different/better way to use it, this isn't it.
