Lovely quality boots. Wide fitting and very comfortable to wear all day. Slightly long in length compared to other size 8 shoes I own. Looks great with dark navy slim jeans.

Nice shoes, and a perfect fit. However, after only 3-4 wears, the right one has developed a split in the suede where the upper joins the sole. Very, very disappointing. To whom can I direct this complaint in order to arrange a replacement?
