Review: Solid K-beauty product. - I've never written an desertcart review, and I literally came on here to do exactly that for this product. I normally shop beauty products exclusively through a popular luxury retailer due to concerns around product authenticity (and in terms of skincare, fake product is likely to cause barrier damage which I don't want to deal with, I've had some horror stories in the past which I won't go into) - however - I have been utilizing desertcart to sparingly and cautiously try out popular K-beauty faves. Sunscreen is a hard product to find a match for me, personally. Either it leaves a whitecast (even with lighter skin), leaves a greasy finish, isn't makeup compatible, breaks me out, or costs me at least $50 to find something that doesn't do any of these things :( I bought this on a whim because I ran out of other options at that pricey retailer, and well, I am absolutely floored. Everything about this just works! Firstly, I find the packaging appealing and the product really easy to both handle and apply - I love that I don't have to use my fingers and introduce germs onto my face. The product itself has a light inoffensive scent, and glides on completely clear and buttery smooth. I have sensitive, combination skin with dry patches, and it's there, that product can look unflattering. Not with this. This actually smoothed over my dry patches, felt moisturizing, and didn't accentuate any subtle crepe-iness in those spots. My skin can get dry, but I think if you have oily skin this will still work, because this played well with the oilier parts of my face. It felt weightless on my face and couldn't feel it at all. When I applied makeup over this application, it seemed to act as a moisturizing prep step and helped everything lay down smoothly. Makeup stayed on as it usually does, and by the end of the day, no grease or slipperiness. When I went to take my makeup off after a full 8 hour day, I didn't see any preliminary irritation that leads to breakouts either. My face can get easily irritated, red, and if the sunscreen hasn't worked properly, will leave reddish sensitive spots when I do my skincare routine. Not with this. My face actually felt very calm throughout my cleansing process (and even afterwards!), and I am absolutely blown away by how perfect this has been for my skin. My skin actually looks really dewy and healthy after washing everything off which is not a regular thing for me, I'm glowing! I am thrilled I will never have to pay $50 for sunscreen again!
Review: Goated. I normally don't read 5 Star reviews but this product is 100% worth it - Product: SPF50+ sunstick, semi-matte version. I have combo/dry skin. I bought this last minute before my trip to Boston to see the BTS concert. I was a little nervous because this stick was so much cheaper than some of the other "premium" sunstick brands but I figured I'd take a chance since it would arrive in time and it was affordable. Turns out this stick is goated. It lasted so long, didn't sweat off like crazy, was so easy to reapply, and WORKED. No sunburns and I was in the hot sun ALL day before the concert and for two more days after when I was exploring the city. It kept my skin glowy and protected. I also loved the curved shape of the applicator. Made is really easy to apply broadly, and I used it everywhere. Face, neck, chest, arms, hands, shoulders. It had me covered, and it was HOT outside. Sun advisory warnings for 3 days straight. I also got so many compliments from my friends on how healthy my skin looked when I used it. It really did feel so silky and left me with that really pretty healthy, dewy look. It layered really well with my Beauty of Joseon sunscreen and even went on over my concert makeup! and when I say it didn't move my makeup, IT DID NOT MOVE MY MAKEUP. I was so impressed My only slight cons. I did notice that it took a while to absorb into my skin, so even after 30 minutes-ish I could still feel the product if I felt with my hands. It's not a bad feeling though. It's really silky and feels super light, but it just takes a bit to absorb. It does stay in place though so it wasn't sweating into my eyes and I think it even helped control my sweat. Also, with multiple applications over makeup and with sweating I could see it slightly affect my blush. But it was really minimal and was easy to blend out again.

**Q: Is this a mineral sunscreen? what is the ingredient list?**
A: I don't think it is mineral but nothing on the description indicates it is chemical either. It's a bar/stick so unlike your 'typical' sunscreen creams or gels, so I don't know how they classify it.

A: It's smooth and not sticky.  Portable and small enough to fit in my purse.  No smell which is what I like all in all works well.

HONEST REVIEW!! 💓 I've been using this Abib sun stick for a while and have really enjoyed it. One of the first things I noticed was how smooth it feels when applying it. It glides on easily without tugging at the skin, and unlike some sunscreen sticks I've tried before, it doesn't leave a heavy or greasy feeling behind. I was a little worried that it might make my skin look shiny during the day, but it actually has a very nice finish. It feels lightweight, comfortable, and provides good protection without feeling like I'm wearing a thick layer of product. It's also convenient to reapply when I'm out and about.
