It has always helped curb my allergies. This can be taken in conjunction with any meds since they are just enzymes. THIS MUST BE TAKEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH AND NO FOOD AFTER FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES.BAD ALLERGIES?If you are having bad allergy problems, make sure to drink at least 64oz+ water per day. Preferably distilled, reverse osmosis with minerals added back. Make sure to check the PH of your water as well. Many people have very acidic water. You need to PH balance your water back to a 7 to make sure you aren't adding more acid to your body. I use potassium bicarbonate to do this. Make sure to test your water so you know consistently how much you need to add. I make a 64oz carafe of water every morning to make sure I get that as a minimum each day.
