I have very narrow feet as well. By chance my seller actually sent me a size 6 instead but it worked out in my favor because they fit me perfectly. I usually range from 6.5 to 7.Wearing these sandals for the first few times I was in a beach area and the soles of my feet hurt like crazy. I usually wear sneakers so I think it had more to do with my skin toughness. It's the small circular holes that did this. After a week and a half my soles no longer hurt so it was either my feet or the shoe that changed. Super comfortable. If you don't tighten them correctly they can be uncomfortable and even cause blisters, so change it up if you're having any issues. Worn in the water as well, great grip but the top takes a while to dry afterwards. The soles of the shoes are great for traction. I've barely taken them off since I received them. They are comfortable and fit perfectly. I read the reviews that said to size down and I am glad I did. I wear a size 8.5 and got an 8, but I could've gone down to a 7.5 as they are still a bit loose, but I can tighten the Velcro down so it's not a huge issue! If you're on fence just go ahead and get them the price is cheap, but the quality is awesome.
