Standup company. I was a week outside of the manufacturer's standard 30 day warranty. Contacted bestarc and sent them the same pictures I posted here. Without any questions they sent me a new unit. If this one goes out, I'll just buy a new one and purchase the extended warranty next time. For the weekend hobbiest this unit is more than enough. Wish I could give this 5 stars. When it worked it worked well. Especially for the price. After just 45 days of using it one of the relays soldered into the PCB took a crap and shorted out. All I have predominantly used this machine for is 18-20 gauge sheet steel so its not like I was pulling much power. I didnt purchase an extended warranty, thats my fault. Is what it is. I contacted bestarc directly to see if there is anything they'd be willing to do to help out so if anything comes of it ill update this review accordingly.
