At first it was pretty hard to adjust that it is no a liquid and that need water to activate, however after one wash it was like a second nature, no not a problem in use, the only minus is it should be stored in air tight container otherwise the bar is drying out and it is hard to apply even with load of moisture from the water ( probably my mistake to leave yhe shampoo free on the side of the bath) this applies to shampoo only as I didn't notice the same with conditioner, as this is still perfectly fine to use. Great performance, hair are very soft and I have noticed that I'm not loosing as many as I did with my regular shampoo duo. Natural smell, spa like. My hair feels great after using it. The conditioner also works well and transfers to hair nicely. I have knocked a star off because the conditioner bar broke into many small pieces after about a month making it really difficult to use.
