I ordered a small , I am a medium, but it still fit and works great!The things it could improve on is a possible opening to pee and/or extend the penis thru. Having full on erections with these on is still quite limiting, the ideal is to be able to shift it down one pant leg. You could still do that with these, just have to move it out of the pouch, the material stretches enough.I would recommend they make white versions that can be dyed tan or come tan so it hides better under white pants.
