Review: works great - I used this to clean my Epson ET 7700, which had severely reduced print quality and was leaving black blobs of ink all over the printouts. I followed the instruction video and cleaned the inside of the printer with paper towels, and then ran the print head back and forth over paper towels drenched in the solution. I also cleaned the pad where the printer head normally rests with the solution. I repeated c. 10 times with fresh paper towels, as A LOT of black ink came out. When no more ink was absorbed by the paper towels, I tried a few printouts, and the quality was perfect. No need to disconnect the tubes and run the fluid through the print head. Review: Worked Great on Epson XP 342 just a little patience required - Blocked black ink nozzle - Very straight forward to use (video on U Tube is great - do watch it first). Initially a bit worried as ALL colours stopped working after I used it (put several try prints through) and all checks showed everything correctly back in place .Cleaning print head (as suggested in another review) did not work for me SO then I just took out all ink cartridges ,ordered a print "cartridges not correctly installed" comes up because they are not there - reinstalled them switched power off/on -printer then primed itself (took longer than usual) then set going-perfect nozzle check and prints.
