Also be sure that the USB end of the strips can reach a suitable USB outlet, either on your tv or to an external one. The USB port only provides power so it doesn't have to be connected to your tv, but that will be the closest one. Remove the plastic covering on the bottom of the lights, revealing the sticky side, and place on the tv where you previously planned. Each strip has arrows on it to indicate which side is which.
