He's had these warts for years and thought about freezing them off last year, but never got around to it. Since he started taking the vitamins, they've decreased in size and almost completely disappeared. I have no idea why, but am not complaining. He also maintains that his shoulders and neck are getting broader, which must be due to the vitamins. I think it's just that he's nearing 30, but if it's an unintended side effect, then that is a-ok by me! Overall, I recommend. It doesn't hurt to get extra nutrients, even with a balanced diet. It makes him feel better, too. Only concern: they smell funny, but if you can get past that (which you should, if you're an adult), then they're great.
