It's a decent size meal in itself and if you can add a beverage and toast or an acorn mash pancake to the meal you'll be well fed. I would advise a little "trial and error" use prior to any need to ensure you can get the mixture to the consistency YOU like. Following the instructions gets you close, we needed to add a little more water as the initial mixture was slightly 'pasty', but edible.
