My beef with the watch is because I'm sedentary a lot of the time being disabled, it never gets sufficient automatic winding so I have to wind it like an ordinary watch which is not easy. **Q: can you fit a leather watch strap?** A: No you can’t. **Q: Is the face scratch resistant? How accurate is it?** A: Hello, The glass is made of Hardlex which is a mineral with scratch resistant properties. On average this watch +/- 40 seconds a day. **Q: Is the steel 316l?** A: Yes it is but 316 is still only a basic stainless steel. It's used becouse of its properties that allow a certain ammount of corrosion inhibitors while still allowing decent finishing of surfaces. The face is not too big as I only have a small wrist and it looks the right size on. The only negative comment I would make is that the photos online give the appearance of the stainless steel being more matt or satin in finish while it is actually very shiny as you can see in my photo. I personally think it would look better with a satin finish like the middle links of the bracelet.
