Review: Uncomfortable! - I am a violinist and bought this as my last huskies thought it might help me as I currently have a shoulder injury. I didn’t find it comfortable. I found it dug in to my chest area and made you have to hold the violin at an unrealistic angle so it would never work for me as I have no desire to alter my technique to that degree. It is also fairly unsightly date I say it and I felt that it clashes cosmetically with a beautiful violin. I think the concept of it extending more over the left shoulder does have potential but in it’s current form it’s not a workable option for me personally

**Q: How good is this?**
A: Very Good!  I don't strain my neck muscles trying to hold the viol;in on my shoulder and more relaxed holding the violin with my left hand.

**Q: Will it fit 3/4 size violin? And will 3/4 size shoulder rest fit 4/4 size violin?**
A: Hi,4/4 bon musica will fit a 3/4 violin,but not the reverse,a 3/4 will not fit any 4/4 full size violin,always get the 4/4 even for a 3/4 violin,yes you can move the bonmusica in extremely comfortable.

**Q: I require a lot of height on the chest side, the kun didn't have enough adjustment on the screw. What rests will work? I'm tall, long neck, thin chest**
A: I have a very long neck and recently switched from Kun to Bon Musica.  I love it.  Highly recommend.  Also, there is a lady on youtube, she has short hair and glasses, and she does a tutorial on how to adjust the bon musica to get just the right fit.

**Q: How much space does this take up in a violin case? I have a fitted bam case and I'm worried it won't fit...**
A: I have a 4/4 Core violin case and have to disassemble the Bonmusia  each time it is placed in the case. It is pretty long.

These are great, I have a 5 string violin and an Octave violin, neither are 'normal' violin shaped (depth or width) and these adjust to hold them beautifully and are comfortable On the shoulder.
