Anyway, I bought a pair of these tire rim combos to see how they would fit under the fender, and satisfied with the way they fit, bought a second set, for my four wheeled, tandem axle trailer. While the tires were a bit narrower than what I took off, they actually made the trailer handle much better, an effect I can only attribute to the trailer rated sidewalls not being a mushy as the take-off tires.

I've had my boat trailer with the wrong sise tires on it for over twenty years, and every time I had a tire issue, finding the one wrong size tire was expensive. (Someone thought the low-profile tire would help when loading the boat??) Anyway, I bought a pair of these tire rim combos to see how they would fit under the fender, and satisfied with the way they fit, bought a second set, for my four wheeled, tandem axle trailer.
