I like that there are 3 different sizes in the package. That way I can use them on other fingers if necessary or if my crooked finger is swollen. The splint stays on well, is comfortable to wear, & straightens my finger while it’s on. The finger stays straight for quite awhile after I take it off. I mostly wear it just at night. If you measure your finger as directed you should get the correct size. I did. I walk early in the morning and now being cold outside couldn't put on a pair of gloves with the custom splint but this splint is perfect and allows me to put on my glove. Highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best way to splint for mallet finger *by L***N on November 27, 2023* As a retired hand surgeon with over 50 years of experience, I do have some comments. The only truly effective way to splint the distal joint of a finger in full extension is to apply a splint on the top (dorsum). Anything applied to the under (volar) side will still allow some degree of flexion, as does yours and the Stack splint. I currently have a mallet finger that has been splinted dorsally for 6 weeks.
