Homeopathic health
Great mat good condition. It is a little painful at first so i recommend sitting down and adding small amount of weigh before trying to stand on it if your not ready. Overall great product

i liked the product, but it wasnt as "painful" as i wanted, if that makes sense. when i think puncture, i think puncture! good for people who have never done it and want to ease into it,.
