I was a little worried beforehand in case the bowl was a bit small as the mixer was described as compact, bit I need not have worried - the bowl is quite large. I’ve used the mixer for the first time yesterday to bake a 2lb cake, but could easily have put in double the ingredients. The mixer was easy to use and no spillage with the lid on. The bowl was quite easy to remove.
