The retractable cord mechanism inside the casing flew apart and went everywhere when I tried to scan my ID. No way to put it back together for it to be usable. DO NOT BUY!I needed a badge holder for a work ID card and this one is perfect. Easy to insert and keeps the card securely locked in and protected. The retractable line makes it easy to scan the card and return to my belt without any fuss.Ialso like how you have multiple ways to attach the holder to your clothes and that you can display the card horizontally or vertically.Very happy with this purchase! ### ⭐ Poor quality *by I***C on Reviewed in the United States on September 15, 2018* Not very happy with this product. The snap is not very secure and the badge fell off the first day as the clasp needs a better spring to make it secure. I would not recommend this . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect! *by J***T on Reviewed in the United States on February 14, 2019* For my needs, this is perfect. I have a bus card a key card for work. This definitely helps keep it in one place. I do have to take the key out for the door though. I think they use a weaker magnetizer so I really have to hold it close. The bus card might have a bigger magnet. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/53135836-retractable-ld-badge-holder-rigid-with-carabiner-reel-dual-2](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/53135836-retractable-ld-badge-holder-rigid-with-carabiner-reel-dual-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-11-08*
