I'm so glad to be done with non stick pans which flake. These have been amazing and look as good as the day they arrived despite frequent use. Perfect for cupcakes/muffins and have also made Yorkshire puddings in them. Some sticking but once seasoned well this reduces.

The stainless steel baking pan is the best option for baking in toaster oven. The bottom of baked goods did not get burned. I have used P&P CHEF stainless steel muffin pans for about 20 times and like them very much. Easy to clean and still looks new. Just bought the second set to bake a larger batch.
