At first, I was afraid it would be too small, but its the perfect size for the loaves I make. It came well packaged and my bread has turned out well since I've been cooking in it. I have only had to rinse it out rather than do a full wash since I have a bread sling that keeps the pan from getting much in it. Since its small, its easy to put away and yet still holds a lot of my bread supplies so that I can keep that all together. If you are looking to make a dinner for a large family, this will be too small. After years of using tin roasting pans, I wanted a stainless steel one, but the price made me hesitate. I mentioned to my friend that I bought mine used, and then I showed her the roasting pan. I explained that it truly was “like new,” and she agreed. This pan is very sturdy, and deep. I was pleasantly surprised that is came wish w V shaped roasting rack, a level roasting rack (on which the V shaped rack could be placed, and in addition to that, a meat baster was included. This baster even included a mini brush to use for cleaning the baster, a class act! It is made from stainless steel that I was able to clean and make it look new again.
