OMG this stuff has a STRONG flavor.
Considering how it tastes, I hope it adds 20 years to my life and health expectancy. You better have some strong drink in the other hand to wash it down. Even burns a little bit going down. I don't think you can put in food, ruin any dish. So I take a swig in the morning. If you're gonna spend this much money, on it, I hope you're not turning around and eating french fries and drinking Coke.

delicious and intense
I have purchased this olive oil from several different places and Amazon is not always the cheapest. But it is the easiest! After exhausting research I cannot find an olive oil with a higher poly phenol count and one that I like very very much. I look forward to my salads!
