We bought these pans AND the glass lids AND Pot and Pan Protectors. These are truly non-stick. We are carefully following care instructions and are confident these will last a long time. The glass lids are almost a must. We no longer have to lift a steel lid to check progress. The pans are lighter weight. At first we thought heft was a sign of quality. But moving around light pans is a relief. The pans heat quickly and evenly on our gas range.
