**Q: Will this fit a passport?**
A: No, it's more like a pocket for a debit card .. not so big.

**Q: Are these strong enough to hold a cell phone?**
A: So sorry, just noticed this question.  I don't think so.  I really like these, though!

**Q: Could they be hand washed and make it through still attached?**
A: It is possible.  Depends on the soap and how vigorously you wash the garment.

**Q: Want pocket to add to t- shirt. If I use fabric glue, will these work for permanent pocket on outside front of t-shirt?**
A: I used mine for the inside of t-shirts, which I then sold, so I am not sure.  You could try it with a strong glue.

Great travel accessory. Although ideal for a quick temporary pocket as suggested, a couple of temporary stitches adds a bit more security. Apart from cash, the size also takes a credit card or room-key card or travel card(not all at once!)
