After about 30-40 minutes the red charging light had extinguished so I powered them up and attempted to pair with my mobile. The pairing was nice and easy and I was playing streamed tunes and music stored on the phone in little time.There are 3 additional things that should also be taken into account1. There is a microphone so you can use them to take calls, etc. It doesn't have any noise cancelling or wind filter so it's not great in the wind, but otherwise works well.2. There is a standard headphone cable with a 3.5mm connector. This allows you to use the headphones as a passive set when the battery is flat, or if you want to connect to something without bluetooth. Ok if you have a 3.5mm connector on your device so Apple users are out of luck!!3. There is a micro SD card socket on the headphones. You can load up a micro SD card with music and then listen on the go, without needing bluetooth or the headphone cable. This makes a reasonable MP3 type player, although no display means you don't get any warning of your next track!All in all a very capable pair of headphones with lots of very useful features. It takes a little bit of time to get used to the position of the controls, but once mastered it's easy to use. The cushion pads are comfortable, although I don't know about extended listening as I only played for about an hour. For that length of time they were comfortable to wear. The sound quality isn't as good as my Sennheiser or AKG headphones, but then again I would expect to pay 3 times the price to get all the features and the same sound quality. These are perfectly adequate for listening while out and about on a train, etc. The closed backs isolate you from some external noise and prevent sound leakage too, although loud volumes will leak.If you're looking for a good value bluetooth headset that can be used without batteries too then I can recommend these. They fold down neatly for storage too! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good bluetooth headset *by A***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 January 2018* This a good bluetooth headset that feels fairly solid and light.
