### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Pan - But You Need to be Prepared to Look After it Properly or it Will Rust

This is a fantastic pan, as long as you are prepared to look after it properly. Because this pan is carbon steel, cleaning it is a much more involved process than you would need for something like a more generic non-stick pan.Essentially, you should make sure you always clean it fairly quickly after use, drying it pretty much immediately. You then need to coat it in a thin layer of oil (I used coconut oil) before storing it away. If you do not follow these steps, the pan will rust very quickly (which you can see from the other reviews.)Personally, I have seasoned the pan in order to improve the non-stick nature of the steel. This isn't necessary to use it, but I would really recommend going through the seasoning process in order to get the most out of the pan and make it as easy to use as possible!I paid just over £16 - which, for a 36cm carbon steel pan, is great value for money. I would say that the size chart in the pictures feels fairly accurate, and I have cooked over four portions in mine easily.

An amazing quality paella pan for an amazing price. Great size, weight, width and depth. It looks stylish too! Also it’s manufactured in Valencia, Spain, which makes it seem even more special! Definitely the real deal. Haven’t had the chance to try it out yet, but we don’t think we’ll be disappointed with how it functions. Highly recommend this product.

Great size pan ideal for 2-3 people portion, it does rust so have seasoned it with olive oil which does the trick..makes an authentic paella, ie you can get a crust on the bottom..would recommend
