It is comfortable, stable and silent in operation. Mounting and dismounting is easy. The seat is adjustable, as is the level of effort. It can be used with or without holding the arm exercisers. It is heavy--weighing about 70 pounds--but with included casters it can be moved on level ground by one person. (Most users won't want to move it very often.) The computer is easy to read and provides the usual cycling-related info including time, distance, calories burned and heart rate. It includes a bracket to hold your smart phone or tablet. Sunny provides a variety of downloadable exercise options on its website, but I haven't tried them. Assembly will take most buyers two hours or more. You will begin by downloading the assembly manual from Sunny's website since none is provided in the box. An assembly video is downloadable to your phone if you want to watch it on a 3x6 inch screen. The parts are all clearly labeled and fit together properly with the included hardware--high quality throughout. The essential tools for assembly are provided but persons with their own metric wrenches will find the useful. Patience and care is required as some components can be assembled improperly if one doesn't follow the instructions exactly. Assembly of the pedals and connecting rods to the arm exercisers is particularly tricky, with multiple washers and spacers that must be inserted in the right order. Once the unit is fully assembled and all the bolts tightened further maintenance should be minimal. Review: Worth the money - I like the recumbent elliptical. Very comfortable on my back & hips. Very quiet machine & not as large as I envisioned. Good price when compared to other machines like this. The directions for assembly were awful, very hard to follow. Did better when we switched over to online directions. ## Features - FREE CONNECTED APP: Enjoy FREE access to the SunnyFit App with every Sunny Health & Fitness product—no membership fees! Very comfortable on my back & hips. Very quiet machine & not as large as I envisioned. Good price when compared to other machines like this. The directions for assembly were awful, very hard to follow. Did better when we switched over to online directions. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Value *by M***D on April 19, 2025* This item works very well. I noticed some people indicated problems with squeaking when using it; I also had that issue, but tightened some of the bolts, and now it's VERY quiet. It does shake a little, so I'd be careful of putting my sell phone in the little holder. I've had it for over a week now and overall it's just what I needed. The materials (including the hardware and tools) are very sturdy, much more so than I expected (or see from similar things). The only major criticism I'd have would be that the instructions aren't as clear as they could be in some places. It was by no means a "complicated" assembly, though attaching the tension cable proved to be very tricky, even with two people. I did the rest on my own. I'm up to over 16 miles on it so far, and I tend to push things, so here's to hoping it lasts ## Frequently Bought Together - Sunny Health & Fitness Compact Performance Recumbent Bike w/Dual Motion Arm/Leg Exercisers for Senior Home Training w/Quick Adjust Seat & Optional Exclusive Free SunnyFit App Bluetooth Connectivity - Sunny Health & Fitness Non-Slip Home Gym Mat – Workout Floor Protection Foam Pad for Treadmill, Bike, Elliptical, Yoga and Exercise Equipment or Standing Desk in 4 Size Options - Recumbent Bike Seat Cushion - Anti-Slip Extra-Wide Seat Pad for Desk and Exercise Bikes - Gel Cushion for Comfort --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/526001218-smart-recumbent-cross-trainer-with-arm-exerciser](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/526001218-smart-recumbent-cross-trainer-with-arm-exerciser) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
