Dopo averla messa alla prova con impasti duri (pizza) e morbidi (torte), ecco la mia onesta opinione tecnica, al di là del design. 🎨 DESIGN E STABILITÀ (Il fattore Wow) • Peso: È pesante (corpo in alluminio pressofuso), e questo è un bene. Anche alla massima velocità, non "cammina" sul piano della cucina. I piedini antiscivolo la incollano al tavolo. • Estetica: Dal vivo è ancora più bella che in foto. È un vero pezzo d'arredamento, fa un figurone lasciata a vista sul bancone. La verniciatura è lucida e sembra molto resistente ai graffi. 🍕 PRESTAZIONI: IL TEST DEGLI IMPASTI • Impasti Duri (Pizza/Pane): Ho provato un impasto per pizza con idratazione al 65%. Il motore (a presa diretta) ha una coppia eccellente e non sforza. • Nota: Con impasti molto tenaci, è normale vedere la "testa" della planetaria muoversi leggermente su e giù. Non è un difetto, serve ad assecondare il movimento. • Limite: Consiglio di non superare gli 800g-1kg di farina per volta per non stressare la meccanica. Se dovete fare 3kg di pane, fate due giri. • Impasti Morbidi (Panna/Uova): Qui è perfetta. La frusta a filo monta gli albumi a neve ferma in pochissimo tempo e raccoglie bene tutto il composto dal fondo della ciotola (che è molto capiente, 4,8 Litri). 🔧 ACCESSORI E PRATICITÀ • La Ciotola: In acciaio inox lucidato, bellissima e con il manico (fondamentale per versare l'impasto, cosa che non tutte le planetarie hanno). Si lava in lavastoviglie senza problemi. • Gancio e Foglia: Sono in alluminio. Sono robusti, ma attenzione: alcuni modelli consigliano il lavaggio a mano per non opacizzare il metallo. Controllate il manuale! 🆚 SMEG o KITCHENAID? Le ho provate entrambe. A livello di motore siamo lì (entrambe a presa diretta). • La Smeg vince sull'estetica e sulla morbidezza delle linee (e spesso ha un motore leggermente più potente in wattaggio, 800W vs 300W, anche se la resa è simile). • La KitchenAid ha forse più accessori opzionali stravaganti. Se amate lo stile italiano/vintage, la Smeg non vi deluderà tecnicamente. VERDETTO Vale il prezzo? Sì, se cercate un elettrodomestico che non dovete nascondere nell'armadietto dopo l'uso. Lavora benissimo gli impasti casalinghi standard.
