There is a huge difference between the two. Is this really manuka?** A: The product was advertised on Amazon as "Manuka Honey Gauze Dressing". Until now, I did not realize the packaging actually only said "Honey Gauze Dressing". I checked my product box that still had a couple dressings in it, and found an information sheet describing the contents, information for use, warnings, reactions, specifications, etc. The specs sheet said the Product Name was "Manuka Honey Gauze Dressing". It is described as: "consisting of manuka honey and gauze". Only the specs sheet inside the box describes the product as containing manuka honey. **Q: I have a small round wound on my nose not much room for tape , how can I make this stick ?** A: We suggest to use Dr. Med Hydrocolloid Wound dressing, the dressing is Adhesive , you can cut to suitable size, apply on the wound. Honey Gauze need cover by tape. **Q: IS this waterproof?** A: It is not waterproof. **Q: Is this medical grade Manuka Honey?** A: The box just calls it Manuka honey and doesn't speak to grade.
