I was looking for a portable 1080p LED projector that was compact and did not cost over $100 to watch movies. This project fit the bill. I connected my chromecast and watched “Stranger Things” on Netflix. There are two dials for help with your picture: 1) focus dial 2) keystone. I noticed that when I adjusted the keystone dial to its extremes, I was unable to focus but this isn’t really much of an issue for me. Also to note, that you will probably require a room that is not very bright and/or if you want it to be brighter you will need to project this on a reflective surface such as a projector screen. I didn’t have to read much of the manual and was able to operate the projector. Also to note, do not expect high quality audio. The internal speaker provides standard laptop mono speaker sound. If you want better quality audio, you’ll need to attach external speakers. This isn’t an issue for me. In a small room, the fan noise is noticeable but over time, you just get use to it and tune it out.
