We also found that leaving some difficult words “put together” helped her to revisit them next time we got the blocks out. Personally, I would recommend these blocks for anyone wanting to support their child with spelling.

We found these blocks great for our daughter. She had learnt to read using phonics but then really struggled with spelling. The physical act of finding each block and forming words helped steady her thought process when spelling words. We also found that leaving some difficult words “put together” helped her to revisit them next time we got the blocks out. Personally, I would recommend these blocks for anyone wanting to support their child with spelling.
