**Q: Is a new o ring included with each canister**
A: Yes. Every canister I,be used has included a new o-ring.

**Q: are they made by April air ?**
A: Yes they are.  Remember they make 2 sizes.  Get the correct one for the system, although both work.

**Q: I need replacement canisters 80lc; can I order here? I can't tell by these offers if they are!**
A: The canisters I ordered through Amazon for my Aprilaire 800 were the correct replacement and work properly.

**Q: When I removed the old canister I didnt notice an oring - where does the Oring go?**
A: It is inside the housing or it is still on the old canister use a flashlight to see inside the housings it is in a grove

A steam humidifier is FAR superior to any other type.  These canisters are convenient, and last at least the who heating season.  I just have my HVAC tech put in a new on each year when he checks the furnace.

This product is a direct replacement for Aprilaire model 800 whole house steam humidifier canister.  It needs to be replaced at least annually, sometimes more often.  At $80-$100 each, these canisters will keep your system running at top efficiency, and are well worth the price.
