Best welding jacket I’ve owned. It will definitely protect you from your grinder. I’m 6’ 1” 230 lbs and the large fits me. If you like it real loose get the extra large. I love this thing. **Q: Does the yellow leather stain your clothes?** A: If you get the leather moist there is a chance it’s going to stain clothing. We rinsed ours to help get rid of the smell and haven’t had a single issue with staining. There was TONS of color in the rinse water and it discolored our tub for a bit though so the potential is there. **Q: Small guy: 150 lb 5'7" 17" shoulder width 41" chest circumference ... how might. the Large fit?** A: It's adjustable on the backside. It could reasonably fit anyone from 90 lbs to 500 lbs. **Q: 5' 11", 215 lbs. what size should i get?** A: I am 5'10" 200lbs and large fits snug. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Muy buen producto y proveedor recomendado *by on Reviewed in Mexico 19 June 2025* Muy buen producto y rápida entrega.Recomendado. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sizing runs VERY small *by on Reviewed in the United States 30 April 2026* Very high quality material (although it does have a slight chemical smell, does not smell like leather at all), stitching is nice. Elastic bands in the back seem a bit flimsy but those are pretty easy to replace if they go bad and not really an issue at this price point IMOOnly thing I would note is that the sizing runs VERY small. I wear a size medium t-shirt and the X-large apron fits me like it was tailored. I think the "large" is like a children's size ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great *by on Reviewed in Canada 21 April 2021* Been using this for weekend work, doing MIG while seated or standing at a table. No more holes and hot BB's through my pant legs. Would definitely recommend. Only drawback is the leather was still damp and stinky when it arrived, so I had to let it air out for a week or two but all is good now.The elastic straps and velcro are holding up so far, but if you wanted to used this all day every day, I suspect you'd wear out the elastic or the plastic clips and have to come up with a plan B. I also like the high collar and good coverage for the back of the neck. The sleves are snug if you wear thicker sweaters or jackets underneath, but a hoodie and a thin cotton FR jacket is fine. Plus there's no lining in the sleeves, so the leather has a lot of friction when sliding your arms in and out if you're wearing a rough jacket and it can be a pain to put on and off.Size-wise, I'm 6'1 and 230 lbs, the XL is an OK fit but it probably would be a little snug for someone who's heavier or more round in shape. ## Frequently Bought Together - Jewboer Leather Welding Apron with Sleeve,Heavy Duty Welding Jacket,Heat Flame Resistant Weld Coat for Men Women - QeeLink Leather Welding Spats Extra Long - Heat and Abrasion Resistant Welding Boot Covers - Full Coverage Shoes Protectors - Welding Gaiters, 1 Pair - Welding Hood Leather - Cowhide Split Leather Welding Caps Protector with Neck Shoulder Drape - Full Head Cover Protection for Men & Women, Brown --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/523514204-leather-welding-apron-with-sleeve-heavy-duty-welding-jacket-heat](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/523514204-leather-welding-apron-with-sleeve-heavy-duty-welding-jacket-heat) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
