I struggle to swallow tablets of any kind** A: they're manageable there are approx 2cm in length and 0.8cm in width- I'd say they're no bigger than a paracetamol capsule (which may be useless, as if you have issues swallowing you probably resort to water soluble paracetamol) - worse case scenario, you can open the capsule and drop into liquid, stir and then swallow - No idea how serious your cystitis is and if you're taking this as a maintenance item, but there are other products around in liquid form i.e. Usnea, Golden Rod, Uva Ursi Complex (Vogel) , Goldenseal, Buchu, Anamu (capsule form- might not be an option, but you might get it as a loose powder for tea.. it's quite strongand bitter though so we opt for capsule), cornsilk - some you can even get as dried herbs and make into a tea, using a loose tea strainer or tea diffuser mug- worth a google. My mother suffers with chronic cystisis , so she's tried a few things over the years. Another thing, recently she found helpful is Cranberry Complex by Lamberts- it's set in vitamin c and it'sina powder, so it's water soluble. I hope you find something that works.
