We use it often for my special needs son who doesn’t like his hair washed in the shower. My only complaint is that the tubing that is attached to allow water to drain is very stiff and rigid and is bent from packaging. It often takes 2 people to use the product because someone has to keep the tube from bending and preventing the water from flowing freely. Otherwise I have no complaints. **Q: I’m having trouble blowing it up. Used mouth & pump. No air going through. Can someone help please?** A: You have to pinch the plastic area just surrounding the tube you're blowing into. It will open up the valve and make blowing wayyy easier! **Q: Does this have a warranty? Mine burst along the seam today.** A: Not that I know of. You might try a good glue for things like camping mattresses. If you put too much air in to make it firm, that might put too much stress on it. We all have locs, and my eldest daughter was complaining of hers taking a long time to dry, and being heavy. I decided to do an ACV detox, and purchased this to help facilitate it. It worked absolutely perfectly. I just don't recommend trying to blow it up with your mouth. Yeah, that's not going to work. My suggestion is to use a knife to poke a better hole in the portion that you would blow up, and then use a bicycle pump. This worked for us, and took all of 10 minutes. Plus. it's easy to use, easy to fill and transport, and easy to drain/clean up. This was recommended to me by hospice for my mother. The aides taking care of her love it. And I can't believe how fresh her hair and scalp feel. She has dry hair, so she's lucky that they only need to shampoo her once a week, but my understanding is that she tolerates it well and is not uncomfortable during the washings (she's unable to tell me herself, but I trust the aides, who would love all their patients to have one). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Definitely works but could use some improvements *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 25, 2018* This was exactly what I needed for my son. He was not able to take a shower or a bath besides a sponge bath for several weeks. This worked well but it has to be done on the right side of the bed so that the water will drain out. That was difficult as his bed was pushed against that side. The tube that drains out the water is very stiff and rigid and would not stop folding in a couple places up so we had to keep reaching under the basin to straighten out the tube for it to drain. That's my biggest complaint. But my son seemed comfortable during the process and we will definitely use it again if the need arises. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the tub problem.
