Review: Works really well. - Would give this item 10 stars if I could. So easy to use and it cleared my deafness in both ears which I had for over three months. Even with my hearing aids at their highest setting I was unable to hear conversations, and to listen to my talking books I had to buy a Bluetooth speaker. Only had to use it once in each nostril for it to work. Now my hearing aids that I had to have sound increased a few weeks ago are too loud. Wonderful machine and worth every penny.

Nasal spray didn't help. Pinch nose and blow didn't help (not appropriate in my case anyway). I tried the balloon produce (ottovent) both by blowing the balloon and the reverse and they didn't make a difference. This product is similar in operation to letting the balloon deflate into your nose, but the difference is that it can handle the back pressure (unlike the balloon). So don't expect a fast stream of air (you probably wouldn't want that anyway), but it's more a case of being able to deliver it even when you're trying exhaling during the swallow maneuvre. I saw immediate improvement after the first 4-5 times I used it (during a 20min period). The next morning I could hear much better but could still feel a bit of pressure in my ear. I tried it again this evening, again 4-5 times, and now my ear feels completely normal. Huge relief after weeks of not being able to hear properly! Yes, it's a bit pricey for what it does, but it's a small price to pay to get one of your senses back!

A: Yes.  This product can even be used while on a plane.

**Q: How many times does one have to use this product on an airplane to seek relief?**
A: I never used it on an airplane, but works great at home.

**Q: How does this differ than the 'nose pinch and blow gently' method?**
A: This device will put the air into your Eustachian Tubes to help them open and are good to use when pinching and blowing do not suffice.

**Q: Safety Information area states "Eustachi is a medical device”, disclaimer area states “not a medical device”. Which is true?**
A: There is a correction.  The Eustachi is in fact a medical device.  Amazon is still working on correcting the information.

Would give this item 10 stars if I could. So easy to use and it cleared my deafness in both ears which I had for over three months. Even with my hearing aids at their highest setting I was unable to hear conversations, and to listen to my talking books I had to buy a Bluetooth speaker. Only had to use it once in each nostril for it to work. Now my hearing aids that I had to have sound increased a few weeks ago are too loud. Wonderful machine and worth every penny.

I'm so grateful for this product! Like other people that have commented, I had lost a of my hearing on my right ear. Could feel pressure and fluid inside. Nasal spray didn't help. Pinch nose and blow didn't help (not appropriate in my case anyway). I tried the balloon produce (ottovent) both by blowing the balloon and the reverse and they didn't make a difference. This product is similar in operation to letting the balloon deflate into your nose, but the difference is that it can handle the back pressure (unlike the balloon). So don't expect a fast stream of air (you probably wouldn't want that anyway), but it's more a case of being able to deliver it even when you're trying exhaling during the swallow maneuvre.
